Have you ever hired a real estate agent or other customer service representative and never heard from them again? So have we! The Williams Roth Group ensures our clients receive updates regarding market activity according to the client’s preference. Every prospect that does not make an offer will receive detailed questioning from us to determine if we can remedy their issue with the property. If the prospect does not respond, we will provide our clients with action items on follow up procedures.

Post Closing

Once the project is leased/sold, our job is not complete. We will always be available to discuss market conditions or provide contacts from our preferred vendor list to remedy any real estate related issues that arise.
